Triple ball - a large black ball holds a golden brass ball that holds a small black ball.
Black and gold
Created using black annealed steel wire. Each sculpture is formed by hand using a looping and weaving technique I learned in a workshop in 2007 at the Japanese American Museum in Los Angeles during a showing of Ruth Aswa’s art.
Wire sculpture created using galvanized steel wire and a looping and weaving technique. This design includes three orbs at the top followed by a long skinny neck and three orbs at the bottom. The triple design invites a multi-layered experience both while viewing the sculpture and in the ways it casts shadows and captures light.
